Our son Sebastian Patrick Webb was born on the 17/01/2001 and died on the 17/09/2020 in Canberra Hospital from an Arteriovenous Malformation following an intracerebral Haemorrhage - he was 19 years old.

His father, brother, sister and myself made the decision for Sebastian to donate his organs.

We live on a farm in a small country town and Sebastian loved horse riding, football, camping, fishing and spending time with family and friends and he was a delight in all of ours lives. Sebastian has left behind many broken hearts.

We have a fishing comp every January around his birthday to honour his life.

Sebastian would be most humbled to be part of your story knowing he made a difference in giving the gift of life to others.
